Our Aims
- Create exciting futures for our young people, by providing job opportunities and work experience
- Make sure the voices of our young people are heard, through our Youth Representative Council and through the projects we deliver
- Improve the educational settings within Enfield, to give young people the best learning opportunities
- Break down barriers and build strong partnerships with like-minded individuals and organisations to create better places to live, study and work.

We are a ‘Cooperative’ – unlike other structures, our trust embraces the cooperative values giving us the powerful combination of local accountability while retaining autonomous independence for partners.
